Our Facility

Rosewood Manufacturing consists of 24,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, including a finish booth and separate departments for laminating, detailing, tambour, machining, assembly, steel fabrication and shipping. The following machinery is computerized which allows us to complete projects in a timely matter.

  • Busellato: CNC Machining: Mills and drills both vertically and horizontally
  • Giben: Auto Horizontal Panel Saw: Cuts 12' x 12' x 6” stacks of material
  • Brandt: Programmable Edge Bander: Applies edge banding up to 2” high and 1/2” thick
Machining

The Rosewood engineering department works with AutoCAD and Inventor, ensuring precise machining by utilizing CAD data and CNC programming together.

  • Providing accurate detailed 2 and 3-dimensional prints
  • Presentation quality renderings for your projects
  • Open project communication with vast information exchange via e-mail prints in PDF, DXF or in AutoCAD formats
  • Everything is produced to your specifications
Metal Fabrication

Our stainless steel cladding and metal fabrication machinery equipment includes but is not limited to:

  • Cincinnati Brake Press: 10' bed
  • Wysongi Shear: Shears material up to 10' in length
  • Pierce All Notcher: Enables us to create up to 8” x 8” notches in a chosen material
  • Roper Whitney Finger Brake: 4' bed
  • Scotchman 65-ton Press: Complete with a punch and die set, enabling to cut angle iron and punch holes
  • Plasma Cutter: Allows us to cut 1/2” mild steel and 1/8” (11 gauge) stainless steel

Utilizing this machinery allows us to correctly and quickly produce stainless steel cabinets, scale wells, shrouds, monitor covers, and stainless steel end walls. All stainless steel fabrication is NSF certified.
